Athletic Department Preparticipation Information:
2025-2026 Winter Season at Sidney High School/Middle School

To tryout or participate, you MUST
1.) Register ONLINE through Power School
2) Complete your Sports Physical (OHSAA Pre-Participation Form)
You can now download and complete form online at sidneyjackets.org . A doctor or physician must sign off on before the Sports Physical Form is valid.
3) Pay $35 “Mandatory Parent Fee” Online on Power School OR cash/check to the Athletic Office (checks made out to Sidney City Schools)
MONEY DUE BY FIRST REGULAR SEASON GAME/CONTEST

High School Boys Basketball
1.) Administrative items: All preparticipation paperwork is due online via Power School by Wednesday, October 29th.
2.) Pre-tryout items: Preseason conditioning and open gyms currently underway.
3.) Tryout details: Friday, October 31st at 2:45pm.

1.) Tryouts for the 2025-2026 school year were held in spring of 2025 and squads are set.
